CARA Projects
CARA is offering grant and loan funds for the restoration of buildings in the area of:
- 3rd Avenue to the Willamette River, and
- Baker Street to the Calapooia River.
CARA has awarded grants and loans to several properties in the area. These projects are in various stages of completion.
