About Our Camps
The City of Albany Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to serving the youth of our community by providing a happy, safe environment for all children. We believe that a nurturing atmosphere filled with a wide variety of activities like arts and crafts, special events, and field trips will help each child reach their full potential through social interaction.
These camps are a perfect opportunity for those children who are involved in many activities during the summer but still want to go to camp for a few days a week.
Join us for fun-filled days! Our mornings will be filled with activities related to the camp’s theme including games, sports, arts, crafts, and more more! During the afternoons we will take a trip to “Cool Pool” for some water fun. Many of our camps include field trip adventures while others involve performances or specialty acts participating in the camps. Check out the exciting places we will be visiting!
